Athletes across Canoe Slalom NZ's Performance Pathways gathered for the first domestic camp of the new Acadmey season at our high performance centre, Vector Wero Whitewater Park in Auckland.  The camp started with a flatwater figure eight test lead by Podium Elite coach Michal Smolen followed by an informative Athlete Life workshop supported through HPSNZ, a preventative functional movement assessment in conjunction with Swingz Project/ Body Evolution Method, lots of paddling and a road run.
