The Athlete Leadership Group forms a vital link between athletes and Canoe Slalom NZ.
We:
-> Represent athletes from clubs, academies & performance pathways
-> Gather feedback through surveys, forums, and safe channels
-> Advocate for athlete needs to CSNZ management and board
-> Shape decisions on programs, policies and athlete experiences
-> Support fellow paddlers as a role model and mentor
-> Report annually to the board on key athlete perspectives
-> Provide a place for athletes and parents alike to communicate and ask questions regarding CSNZ
This gives us an opportunity to:
