We will be covering all the thrills and spills from this year’s action-packed season on the Planet Canoe channel, starting with next week’s Canoe Sprint European Olympic qualifying event in Szeged, Hungary. There are so many amazing events to tune in for during a special year for the ICF as it celebrates its 100th anniversary. If you join and become a Planet Canoe YouTube member now, you will have the opportunity to watch the Canoe Sprint European Olympic qualifier in Szeged, Hungary from May 8 to 9. This will be swiftly followed by the ICF Paracanoe World Championships in Szeged where athletes will be competing for places at the Paris 2024 Paralympics. Szeged will also hold the ICF Canoe Sprint World Cup opener from May 10 to 12, so this event will be one not to be missed. As a Planet Canoe YouTube member, you will also be able to see the ICF Canoe Slalom World Cup in Prague, Czechia where the Kayak Cross quotas will be determined for the Olympics. Further ICF Canoe Slalom World Cups in Augsburg, Germany, Krakow, Poland, Ivrea, Italy and La Seu, Spain will also be shown live on YouTube as well as the ICF Canoe Sprint World Cup in Poznan, Poland and the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, although geo-restrictions may apply for finals due to TV rights. For ICF Canoe Freestyle fans, the Planet Canoe YouTube channel will show the upcoming two World Cups in Plattling, Germany for members. Other events that will be covered on the channel include the ICF Wildwater Canoeing World Championships in Sabero, Spain, ICF Canoe Marathon World Championships in Metkovic, Croatia, ICF Canoe Polo World Championships in Deqing, China and ICF Stand Up Paddling World Championships in Sarasota, United States.
