The CSNZ National Performance Academy (NPA) delivers a structured national development programme for identified athletes, supporting progression through the CSNZ Performance Pathway toward High Performance environments.
The Academy exists to:
- Deliver a structured development programme for identified athletes across Parahi/Bronze, Hiriwa/Silver, and Koura/Gold development levels;
- Align athlete development and progression with CSNZ’s High Performance Strategy toward LA 2028 and longer term to Brisbane 2032;
- Provide consistent coaching, monitoring, and wellbeing support within a values-based culture of Respect & Trust, Inclusivity & Connection, and Dedication & Accountability;
- Strengthen alignment between club, Academy, and national performance environments, ensuring a coherent and sustainable pathway.
