Applications are now open for the 2026 CSNZ National Performance Academy (NPA).

The Academy delivers a structured national development programme for identified athletes, supporting progression through the CSNZ Performance Pathway toward High Performance environments.

Athletes receive support through coaching, camps, performance planning, and wellbeing support, helping them develop within a values-based culture of Respect & Trust, Inclusivity & Connection, and Dedication & Accountability.

Last year’s Academy cohort showed the impact of the programme:

• 12 athletes participated

• 2 athletes won medals at the 2025 U23 World Championships

• 10 have been selected to represent New Zealand across Junior, U23 and Senior Squads
