2026 South Island Championships

Tekapo Whitewater Park

Hosted by Central Otago Whitewater and Tekapo Whitewater Trust

Saturday 21st February – Training Day, Water available 11.00am - 4.30pm

Sunday 22nd February - Race day, 9.00am Bib Collection, 9.45 Demos, Race starts at 10.30am

$40 per person - please bring correct change

Events will be raced in K1, C1 and Teams

To compete in the CSNZ South Island Championships you must be a member of Canoe Slalom New Zealand. 

Membership and waiver forms must be completed online prior to racing.

A beginners course will also be set for those athletes new to canoe slalom, looking forward to seeing everyone there
