Canoe Slalom athletes and whitewater enthusiasts River Mutton and Nick Collier have both achieved podium success at a whitewater race in Nu Jian, China run by the Chinese Canoe Association.

Collier placed 2nd over four events (short distance, long distance, kayak cross and challenge race) whilst Mutton also placed 2nd.
