We’re beyond excited to announce that Canoe Slalom New Zealand (CSNZ) will be making waves at this year’s Counties Manukau Games, giving over 200 students from the region the chance to dive into the world of paddling through an unforgettable Kayak Quest experience! 

Delivered in partnership with Wero Whitewater Park and their brand-new Climb Facility, CLM Community Sport, and Canoe Racing New Zealand, this activation is all about giving rangatahi the opportunity to try something new and discover the fun, confidence, and teamwork that come with being on the water.

The Kayak Quest sits at the heart of CSNZ’s strategy to increase diversity, reach, and school engagement — opening our spaces to new communities and first-time paddlers. We can’t wait to share our passion for kayaking with these young adventurers and give them a taster of what it feels like to glide, splash, and laugh their way on the water!
